Your tactical responder.
Your strategic architect.
For 24 years I've run Microsoft infrastructure end to end — servers, virtualization, networks, storage and communications. I step into unfamiliar environments, take command when it matters most, and build the strategy so the crisis doesn't repeat. Day, night, or under attack.

Two modes. One senior specialist.
Most businesses need both a firefighter and an architect. I'm both — so there are no handoffs, no ramp-up, and no gaps between the emergency and the plan that prevents the next one.
Tactical Responder
When something is on fire — a crypto-locker outbreak, a suspected breach, a server down at 2 a.m. — I take command fast, with little foreknowledge of your environment, and get you to a working game plan.
Command in the crisisStrategic Architect
When you're planning ahead — a cloud migration, a resiliency overhaul, a security baseline — I design, implement and support the solution, and can lead or train your team along the way.
Strategy for the long gameDepth across the whole stack
Two decades specializing in core IT operations — the servers, networks, endpoints and communications your business depends on — plus the cloud and security expertise to move it forward.
Servers & Virtualization
Physical and virtual servers, Hyper-V, SAN storage, and Dell, HP & Lenovo rack hardware — designed, deployed and kept running.
Networks & Communications
LAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP and email / Microsoft 365 — the connective tissue your business actually runs on.
Endpoint & Workstation Security
Fleet-wide BitLocker encryption, Group Policy hardening, and recovery-key management done properly.
Cloud & Azure
Azure Virtual Desktop, SharePoint & Teams, and on-premise to cloud migrations — secure and auditable.
Incident Response & Recovery
Ransomware and crypto-locker events, suspected breaches, and business-continuity planning — calm hands under pressure.
Leadership & Escalation
Senior escalation point, solution architect, team lead and trainer — I raise the whole team, not just the ticket.
Problems solved, not tickets closed.
A few recent engagements — the challenge, the approach, and the result.
Fleet-wide encryption, 150 workstations
Challenge
Encrypt an entire 150-workstation fleet — and leave the client’s own IT team able to run and extend it.
Approach
As the senior lead, designed and automated the BitLocker rollout with PowerShell and Active Directory Group Policy, escrowed every administrator recovery key into Active Directory, and trained the client’s IT staff to own the process.
Result
A fully encrypted, centrally recoverable fleet — plus an upskilled in-house team, with me retained purely as an escalation point rather than day-to-day support.
Multi-site resiliency without the cloud bill
Challenge
Protect a business across sites without runaway cloud-backup costs.
Approach
Built a Hyper-V replication topology: primary-site backups replicated over a site-to-site VPN into the client's own cloud storage, plus Hyper-V Replica for live failover.
Result
Genuine site resiliency and a real BCP — while cutting cloud replicated-backup spend.
A secure, auditable total-cloud desktop
Challenge
Move a client fully to the cloud — secure, and simple for them to manage.
Approach
Architected an Azure Multi-Session Desktop, migrated on-premise data into SharePoint Online, and put access management in Teams for easy, client-controlled permissions.
Result
A secure, auditable, fully cloud solution the client owns and controls.
From the trades to the boardroom.
Whether you're a local electrical or construction company or a demanding law firm, I translate complex technology into plain business language — and speak just as comfortably with a CEO as with the person at the front desk. The goal is always the same: security, resiliency and simplicity you can actually rely on.

Tell me what's going on — in a crisis or in planning — and I'll tell you how I'd take command. You'll talk to a senior specialist, not a queue.
